Ever have a roll of store bought cookie dough hanging out in your freezer? Well I usually keep one just in case unexpected company pops in or we get an invitation to a friend’s house and it’s short notice. Nutella is stocked at Casa FSL at all times for obvious reasons (my addiction). This recipe is embarrassingly easy boasting 2 ingredients and takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. It’s a no-fail finger food dessert.
Grab a mini muffin pan and your store bought cookie dough. Any kind will do. I used chocolate chip. Place a mini muffin tin in each spot and fill with some cookie dough . Bake at 350 F until they look golden brown. While they’re still warm, use the bottom of a shot glass to press into the center of your cookie to leave an indent.
Fill a plastic sandwich bag with some Nutella, then snip off a corner to make for easy filling.
Squeeze as much as you’d like into each of the cups.
The cookies should be warm. The Nutella will soften and smooth out for a pretty presentation. Not that something this tasty needs much presentation to know its good, so if the Nutella doesn’t smooth out, a gooey dollop looks pretty darn good to me 😛
Go get your 2 ingredients and enjoy these!
