Since we are on a two week time crunch, the bathroom revamp is in full swing! My husband and handyman father-in-law removed our contractor grade vanity and horrible peachy/tan toilet (with a broken handle)!
We took down my favorite mirror and are currently looking for another space in the house to hang it and add some sparkle to. I think I know where I want it, but I’ll have to measure to be sure.
This is the bathroom we use the most for showering, brushing our teeth, giving Max a bath in, etc. Everything that was under the sink (blow dryer, body lotion, extra soap, all of that bath-y stuff ) is all over the house while we are under construction.
So now that our bathroom is nekkid, it’s looking like a war zone to everyone. Except me! It looks more like a blank canvas! For some reason, the lighting was weird in the previous two pics. The bottom photo is what it actually looks like. I hate nighttime indoor photos.
It’s all taped and ready for a new coat of paint. But today we are spackling and sanding. I’m so pumped! Have you been doing any home renovations? Do you D-I-Y or hire?
