How I’m feeling: Really good! Energy has been pretty good. Back aches quite a bit, heartburn, and mood swings were my main issues in weeks 29 & 30. Poor Mr. FSL. I hit the gym 4 days this week and took a prenatal yoga class which I loved! I’ve been feeling stressed this past 2 weeks too for no apparent reason, but I’m losing sleep because of so much anxiety. I also feel like my belly is getting bigger by the second! It’s definitely getting harder to find flattering clothes. I saw my shadow on the wall the other day and I had to take a picture. This was the moment that I realized that I am really getting close!
New and fun: Mr. FSL & I took a little “Babymoon” to Atlantic City.

Rings Fitting Fingers: Yes if I’m in air conditioning. No if it’s super hot.
Belly Button Status: Almost completely smoothed out!
Cravings: Crinkle cut french fries and ketchup
Aversions: asparagus (still), onions
Baby is as long as: a cucumber
The baby at 30 weeks:
- His or her skin is getting smoother.
- But its brain is getting wrinklier — to make way for all that essential brain tissue.
- He or she is now strong enough to grasp a finger!
