How I’m feeling: Working out regularly (light weights and cardio). Lots of walking. Sciatic nerve pain is lessening, I’m thinking due to the Preggle Pillow. The bump looks the same as last week. The leg and ankle swelling are either getting a little better or I’m just getting used to it. Either I had a horrible cold or wretched allergies this week. I couldn’t breathe at all making sleep almost nonexistent. After some chamomile tea, lots of water, a few cough drops and some Vick’s vapor rub, I’m back to feeling good 🙂 Win!
New and exciting: I took a prenatal yoga class over the weekend and loved it! I feel like it eased my sciatic a bit and released tension in by back, hips, and shoulders. Plus I met a few mommies-to-be and had some good preggo-to-preggo chat.
Weird Stuff: When I go for my walks, toward the end, I feel my hips loosening. It feels very strange.
Cravings: Lots of the same stuff. Tomato sauce, citrus, watermelon, ice cold milk in Cheerios .
Aversions: asparagus (still), grilled or dry or plain chicken.
