I’m starting to discover that I have an addictive personality. I haven’t been moderately enjoying certain things in my life. I have been completely and utterly obsessing. I’ve really liked specific things for a brief amount of time in the past, but I’ve been on a few benders in the very recent (like 5 minutes ago) past.
Obsession #1
Hummus. I swear I dream about hummus. I mean, I liked it before, kinda. I wasn’t crazy about it, but maybe like once or twice a year, I’d eat it. I have turned into the weird chickpea lady at the grocery store. Yesterday, I was gasping for air in the canned vegetable aisle because I discovered 19 ounce cans (as compared to the usual 15 ounce ones). See?! Problems my friends. I scooped up 4 cans and skipped to the cashier. I can embarrassingly admit to a 1/2 can a day habit. I make a batch of hummus every other day. Some days it’s my after work snack. Other days it’s my lunch pre-game (yes, now that I have a bun in the oven, I pre-game for meals).
Obsession #2
Loose tanks. I am loving this loose tank top trend and I am fully embracing it. It hides my belly at work under a blazer, is comfy for the gym with capris, and perfect for the weekend. I’m all about it. Victoria’s Secret PINK has my faves. I did find a few (okay 5) at Pacific Sunwear Outlet, Target, and American Eagle. They are pretty much the only thing I buy besides chickpeas. I recently had a mini heart attack when my wonderful husband did the laundry and I found my pink tank (worn 1 time) laying on my bed. I’m not complaining that he did the laundry. Thank GOD he’s been really helping mama bear around the house. But I just had to she a little tear over this one. Here’s a shot of the pink one that was washed and the yellow that was never worn. Same shirt. *sob* I gave it to his 6 year old niece. It fit.
What are your latest obsessions?

I laughed out loud at the pic with the 2 shirts!!! At least he tried! I’ve done that myself.. unfortunately my obsessions are not as interesting as yours. I can’t go to sleep unless the pillows in the living room are in the right spots on the couch and loveseat, and the kitchen table is clear. See what I mean?

My obsessions lately have been:
-same books as you! I am blushing my way through the first book as we speak.
– Stacy’s cinnamon sugar pita chips
– strawberries with yogurt yum!

The first book is by far the most blush-worthy. I have a serious weak spot for those same pita chips too!! Mmmm, yogurt 😀

Okay, I’m a Fifty Shades addict as well. I started book 2 at lunch today. I should be reading it now. There’s a fantastic story line under that porn!
Nate is not allowed to touch laundry for the reason above!

Oooh! Wait. I read book 2 in a day and a half.
