When we moved into our house 2 months ago, we discovered a gift the sellers had left for us. A Christmas tree in a box! YAY! We like the idea of a real tree (which we will be bringing one home next week), but we looooove the idea of having TWO Christmas trees!!! The real one will go upstairs, and the artificial tree will be downstairs.
Since the decor is grey & turquoise in this mancave living room, we kept it going with our tree.
Here’s a sneak peek of it. The decorations aren’t 100% done, so a tiny sample will have to suffice for today.
Mancaves can have disco ball ornaments can’t they? I scooped up the turquoise glitter reindeer decorations from Expect Discounts to the tune of 79 cents for a 5 pack!!! The strings of lights were 2 for $5 at Rite Aid. The blue & silver ornaments came to $5. The tree ensemble = $10.79 (plus tax) Score!
I’ll be gift wrapping all of the framed artwork in the house, complete with bows and tags in coordinating gift wrap. Cheapski and festive!
The rest of the room will be decked out very soon, so stay tuned!

Thanks! At $20, it’s a great buy. I checked out your site, I really liked your design links, and the grey, felt ipad case feature.

I can’t wait to see the whole thing with the pictures wrapped up too! So crafty!

Thanks Jamie! We are putting our “real tree” and decoration shopping in the next few days. It’s my
cheapskatecrafty way to add some cheer on the walls without sticking up decals or putting more holes in our walls!xo
