Social media has been the #1 way I discover new fashion, products, etc. If you follow me on Pinterest, then you probably noticed a ton of new pins added to my style board. I stumbled upon Sincerely Jules. She has 3.2 million Instagram followers, so clearly I am late to the party, but that’s me per the usual- late to every party ha ha! Sincerely Jules wears a ton of basics, but styles them in a way that always looks fashion forward, pulled together and effortless.
I’d call her style laid back classic casual. Her looks are usually neutral colored and incorporate one feature item like a great necklace, trendy sunglasses or knock ’em dead shoes. She never looks like she’s trying too hard which is exactly what I love most about her style. Here are some of my favorite looks:
I think the key is to invest more in great quality basics and not so much in trendier pieces. Also sticking to one color family (earth tones, blacks & greys, etc) seems to keep the look cohesive especially when wearing multiple types of fabric textures or mixing high end pieces with comfy basics (like ripped boyfriend jeans with luxe heels or cotton tee with a leather skirt).
To pull the whole look together, her makeup is always fresh and polished. A simple black winged liner, mascara and glowy skin is gorgeous on everyone. I feel like that’s why I like her style so much. It is classic and versatile enough to work on all ages, colors and types of occasions. Her hair is usually beachy, wavy and a little rumpled. The color is perfection.
