This week is Thanksgiving and nobody is more excited than this girl. It’s the Superbowl of food. I host the big event at my house every year, but if I didn’t and wanted to bring a dessert that takes little to no effort but looks oh-so-Martha, this is the one I’d bring. It’s a doughnut hole with sprinkles and a pretzel. And it’s an acorn. Thanks Captain Obvious.
I have seen this dessert before on Pinterest and pinned it because it’s so stinkin cute. I put my own twist on it by using pumpkin flavored doughnut holes and used Nutella instead of frosting to make the sprinkles stick. Grab some Munchkins from Dunkin’ Donuts, a few pieces of pretzels, and sprinkles. Heat up some Nutella so it’s melty, dip the doughnuts into it, add your sprinkles and pop a pretzel piece in the hat. I put mine on waxed paper to set.
I’m linking this recipe up with the Dare To Be Thankful party. Check out all of the wonderful handmade goodness by clicking here.

How easy is that?! And SO cute. I love it! And I haven’t seen this done before, so I’m going to go ahead and just think you’re a super creative genius for coming up with this all by yourself 🙂
